Let’s NOT forget the Body part of the equation. This is your home for everything that matters. I believe we must do all we can to take care of it, nourish it, and keep it stress free to be wholly, completely, consciously in this world. I start the day with a tall glass of purified water with a tsp. of apple cider vinegar & a little sweetener to get life moving. Organic apples and fruit top the list before my Must Have Expresso and cup of my favorite Island Cocoanut Coffee.
My mid-morning snack is usually a blender green drink of a handful each of kale & spinach, an apple, 2 lemons, 1″ ginger, 1 1/2 c filtered water, 1/2 cucumber, some berries. It’s filling, healthy, and quick. Makes 2 servings so I bottle one for the next day. It feels like the healthy way to go!
I’m so looking forward to Joan Borysenko’s new book about Healthy Eating, to be found here. She posted a recipe for garbanzo bean flour crepes that are delicious and so easy to make. We have them often! Next up working out with weights!
Enjoy the day!! Our woods after the cleansing rain.
