Morning Light! So full of potentials for the day ahead. A new beginning, a fresh start. Each day brings choices, and each choice begins with a thought. Thoughts reflect your inner, deep, constantly churning place of insights and ideas. It’s a brilliant time of the day in more ways than one! Begin your day seeking the thoughts that inspire passion!

Start with quiet time, just listening to the inner voice. Here’s where the Creator Self lives. Connecting to your Inner Self, your Heart Truth, will carry you through the day easily, & smoothly, with feelings. You really only have control over your feelings right now. Take a weather report of yourself ‘in the moment’ throughout the day. Are you doing the actions you love to do? Do your choices ignite you, excite you, open you to more opportunities? Is your inner light expanding as you follow your Bliss? If it doesn’t feel good, then Stop it! Come from a place of love: for yourself first, and then light the way for others.

My inner self leads me to drawing, painting, creating colors that vibrate and feel good. I usually don’t know where it will lead me. I certainly don’t know what the completed art will be. But I start with the things I do know. A memory of hot chocolate on a cold night, the first light on a frosty tree, or the scent of a fireplace drifting through the still air. Notice how memories hold a lot of powerful sense of sight, smell, and feeling. I try to bring this experience into my art. A picture holds more than words can ever tell.

Do what you need right Now to raise the feeling vibration. Play the music, do the art, daydream a beautiful place, take a walk, eat the cookie, fill yourself with golden light. Feel the peace flowing through your whole body before you do another thing. Don’t buy into anyone else’s dream but your own. Seek out your Why. Your motive for all you do is the key to shifting realities on a deep level. Be your own First Light.
