Ever Wish You Could Jump-start your Vitality & Energy?

At this change of seasons as the Sept Equinox approaches, it’s a great time to make a stand, eliminate pollution in body, mind, & spirit, and get back to being Inspired again. I start by getting rid of ‘breaking news’ in all its diabolical forms. So often ‘news’ gets ‘what if’ situations flowing in our crazy monkey minds. It’s always biased, with each presenter having their own agenda. Reality is right in front of you now…not thoughts of what has happened, or fears of what might happen. I also personally get rid of all carb ‘junk’ food. The fact that we label it junk, speaks to what it’s really doing to our bodies. Junk craves more junk, in an endless cycle and just depresses in so many ways. I let it go. Along with detox, I look at who and what monopolizes my precious time. I unsubscribe to annoying emails, and cancel recordings of TV shows that once were good but have passed their prime.

So what pulls you down & sets you high? Who inspires and fills your sails daily? Read them, hear them, watch them. Full Moon reminds us to reevaluate who we are now, what we allow into our lives, and where we choose to place our focus. What ignites passion, energy, and love?

I remind myself to drink lots of lemon water, eat only when hungry & only until I’m full, and make appointments for annual check-ups of body & eyes. The major draw for me is doing Art…and even I leave myself notes to just ‘do art today!’. It grounds me, put me in the present moment, and takes me deep into myself. It’s where my truth lives.

So take time to renew your loyalty to yourself. Surround yourself with Beauty. Dream big. Make changes. Clean up your act and love yourself deeply. Refresh Body, Mind, & Soul at this Sacred Time of the year.
