The the largest part of the Brain governs unconscious behavior !
Our Conscious Mind is slow, constantly evaluating, comparing, Thinking through things and ruled by just a tiny fraction of the Brain. While our subconscious is dedicated to fast, instinctual actions that flow constantly through our neuro selectors to keep us breathing, moving through crowds, reacting to danger, and falling in love! Every athlete counts on the subconscious to react at tiny fractions of seconds to bat, kick, throw, paddle, and cycle our way to victory. Subconscious is the Unknown value we call intuition. The feelings we call goosebumps when we know something is right, or that deep pit of the stomach with hair standing on end when it’s time to run. It keeps our heart pumping and our path clear. The more we learn to tune into it and Trust it, the better we will be.
