Why Weekly Classes Rule

Why Weekly Classes Rule

Weekly Classes Rule
Summer’s Moon, getting back to my favorite style and palette

Weekly classes rule the day because that’s absolutely the best way to practice art. You don’t have to sit for 3 hours a day, or even every day for that matter, to really master art skills & techniques. Repeated baby steps a few times a week assimilate art memories into your body. Your body remembers what you do when you do a thing at least 5 times. So drawing, painting, mixing colors all hold much more value if done for at least 30 min a day, 3 xs a week. You play with art at your own pace. No deadlines in mind!

At college, it was more intense. Each class was 3 hrs long, 3 xs a week, but I was headed for a goal over a limited 4 yr block of time. Art education meant learning all forms of art since I could be called upon to teach any part of a school’s art curriculum. So from painting, jewelry, to ceramics, and student teaching to boot, I was required to cover it all. And I have taught it all, from high school to adult ed, I’ve taught step by step classes.

That’s also why everyone is an artist. I’ve taught doctors, nurses, and teachers, professionals who needed a break away from their demanding worlds. With art, you stop thinking and just immerse yourself in doing. Anyone can follow step by step when you see how to start a painting, and the order of applying colors layer by layer.

This program is for you if you are a self taught artist seeking to expand your knowledge. Also, Weekly Classes Rule for an artist who’s been away from creating for awhile. Or a mom who does art with her kids, or even that professional who seeks creativity to balance out a demanding schedule. Everyone is an artist.

Dragonfly Art & Mentorship Program, offered THIS WEEK ONLY for the lowest price ever, of only $19 a month, is Open Now. The price goes up Sept 1st. Hopefully many will be able to return to art for just pennies a day.

Some Do Art to Live, others Live to Do Art. I started with the passion of art. My life was empty without creating something, exploring visual challenges, or making hands on art every day. But when I became a teacher, Art sustained me, enabled me to earn, learn, and continue my Artist’s Journey all my life. From single parent for some years to paying for my art business, art has been my foundation. And it can be that for you. Now here I am again, seeking how to make art sustain me.

When I moved to Connecticut, I became a certified jewelry instructor, and shifted away from painting. It was the class needed then at an Art Guild. Then after some years, life changed again, and I learned how to present art classes online, from a real studio to a virtual one.

That’s why I need your input in the Dragonfly Art & Mentorship Program. We cover Art Basic Essentials in a fun, short videos way. But what would you like to learn? Help me grow and develop this into something truly great.

When you join, you have unlimited access to my Video Library from day one! Past and contemporary artists inspire in videos and interviews. Resources include copyright free images and some of my personal inspirational photos to download. Plus you’ll have direct access to me for your own art direction.

I continue to learn and grow as an artist and I bring all that to you in the membership. This is a great opportunity to be part of a truly expanding art experience. I hope you’ll join us today. Art you ready to be an Artist? Where will your art take you?
