I love doing this art since it takes me to unexpected places! I always start with what I know I want to use in the work. If you can cut and paste, you can do this art! My focus dictates all that goes into the work. Let’s face it, the Unknown is your intuition, instinct, that something inside that is always giving you feelings of all is well, or get the heck out of here. It’s fast, it hits all parts of your body, it’s a feeling, sometimes with goosebumps. As I assemble the known images, colors, & objects, the Unknown sends me off in new directions. While cutting, pasting, and arranging, insights flow in out of nowhere. We know our electromagnetic spectrum goes far beyond just what we can see and hear. So much lies out there in the light, the waves, the energy. Art taps you into all that. Do art and do it often!!
